100 Push-up Program (Found here) ~ I'd be happy getting to 50
Took off for the Holidays, Starting back at Week 1:
1/3  Initial Test ~ 10  (Later in the day during my W1 D1 workout I was able to do 12 so. . . it might have been the fact that I did the test right after 30 min of stair running)
1/3- W1 D1~ 10/12/7/7/9  T 45
1/5- W1 D2~ 10/12/8/8/15/10 (extra set) T 63  Felt Awesome!
1/7- W1 D3~ 11/15/9/9/13/10  T 67
1/10- W2 D1~ 14/14/10/10/15 T 63
1/12- W2 D2~ 14/16/12/12/14 T 68
1/14- W2 D3~ 16/17/14/14/19 T 80 Didn't think I could do it, but I did :D

Pull-up Challenge ~ Current Goal- 1 unassisted pull-up
10/27- I've started using resistance bands for assistance, I love using the bands and have been throwing in pull-up practice throughout the day
11/4 - Got a baseline, 3 assisted pull-ups (using purple jump stretch band, one foot in)
11/9- 1 set~ 3 assisted pull-ups, 3 sets~ 3 assisted chin-ups
11/14- 3 Negatives
12/14 Still working on it throughout the week and I definitely feel like I am getting closer, I can also flexed arm hand for longer.
1/7~ Still doing band assisted and negatives, more reps though :)  Here is what the assisted pull-ups look like- Video of my assisted pull-ups
1/14~ Up to 6 assisted pull-ups in a row
