End of Week #9 Stats~

              So Thanksgiving did me in a little, even though I vowed that it wouldn't.  Of course [as always] it wasn't  one day of over eating that caused  a gain this week, it was all the days that followed.  I blame my alcohol consumption more than my eating habits over the past week.  I'm planning to bust my ass over the next three weeks to get under 120.  We're having our annual Tobay winter get together sometime around then and I like to impress :)  I've been slacking a bit with the resistance training,  I had been doing  planks almost every night. . .the past two weeks not so much.

  So plan for the next three weeks: lots of HIIT, lots of resistance training, mucho produce and water,  [hopefully] no alcohol (why is this the hardest part for me :/ )  I'm not going to weigh-in again till then (Dec. 23rd) and there WILL be new bikini  pics!  For now you'll have to deal with these old (week 6) ones, I plan to see  significant improvements in three weeks, be afraid :D  Or join me on my mission to look blazing during all the Christmas festivities.

Damn, seems you are taking mere millimeters off at this point! Good luck with your goals. They seem reasonable but it won't be easy to get that last extra bit you are looking for.

Had a friend (dietician) tell me that when they go out she does shots of whiskey or vodka straight instead of having drinks with friends. Less calories... she was one determined girl though haha!

im in with the holiday challenge! ive got 23 days until i see my family back home-they havent seen me since last thanksgiving andi want to look like i never just had a baby!

are the three best things to help get that bikini body even better!
