The 100 push-up program is going well and you can see my updated progress under the fitness goals page, I'm finishing week one and have already improved my max by a few. I'm going to tape my push-ups again to make sure I am going low enough.

Way to go Katie! You have set pretty realistic goals for yourself and are on a good track to achieve them! I really admire your ambition to look toned, that I have decided to join you :) you have a kid so you know that it's not easy to find an hour in a day that you can take for yourself, but I will do my best...

Thank you all! I usually realize around May that "OMG, I start work at the beach in a month, I better get my butt in gear" and by then it's too late. Not that I don't look decent, but I want better than that and this summer I will :D
Jovana~ The most effective things I have found are sprint interval workouts and bodyweight exercises (push-ups, planks, lunges etc.) I usually do my bodyweight stuff at night while watching TV. Weights are good as well, but I don't do much with them bc I don't currently go to a gym. I did get a 15lb kettlebell recently and I love it!
